Notice for Joining in ATHOME

一、Basic information
1.After getting your enquiry, we will specially arrange to send a set of basic files including Process Form , Application Form and Shop research Form for Joining in. Please fill the forms carefully and return to us asap by courier or fax so they will be regarded as one of the most important qualifications for us to weighing(scaling) the joiner.
2.We will make an appointment with you if satisfied in some way .For example, we may invite you to Ningbo to discuss face to face but the the freight and accommodation have to be bone by yourself. .Or by other ways we can .
3 .If satisfied after discussion or other (communication ) methods, we can get down to operate the procedure.

二、Application and Practice Precedure
1.We will give you a whole set of manual as a member of ATHOME ,which lists (stipulate)all the procedures in detail ranging from applying ,location choosing ,repairing(fitment) ,setting up, employing , ordering, etc. Please read carfully.
2.The member has to pay us 30% of total guidance charge(fee or expense) once and agree to accept our integrative investigation(assessing or examination) after your signing agreement of guidance ser vice for a member .
3.If qualified , the member has to agree to sign (conduct)managing contract and submit RMB5000 deposit , the guidance balance and payment for goods in the same time.
4.If during the period of contract, the member can implement the contract and obey the business rules of the company establishment, ( if everyone no longer continuous invite( or the member(leaguer)close normally due to force majeure other companies’ recognization), we will send back(return) the performance bond( no interest) within 15 days after contract expires. While if during the period of contract, the member breaches the contract concerning some items and business rules, we would deduct possible part or all of the performance bond .
5.Under your 1st order ,we will present a set promotion-helping device and propaganda materials of value RMB 1800 (briefly "ATHOME SOLE-SELLING SETTING UP GIFTS BAG"),which is the necessity to repair the shop and initial the business.

三、district protection
As to each shop (monopoly store),we will partition certain protection district in the term of contract, which won’t establish another one. Each shop has to attend to serve the customers within its district .Inter-district managing is not allowed.

四、Sale Outlet and Price Management(Control)
1.According to the characteristics of our products, our marketing strategy regards developing mono-shop as the core along with sales and service. Through high-quality (perfect) products and superior quality services ,we aim at promoting the concept of ATHOME ,which can make the business last for long.
2.In order to maintain normal competition in the market, the member is required to service the end customer directly. The sale outlets such as Wholesale, mail order, computer shopping, internet sale, etc are not allowed. It is prohibited to sell our products at the places such as sundries shop(store),other booth(stall) and so on, which are harm to our brand image.
3.Under ATHOME shops, there are unified retail price Principly .All promotion activity are arranged by the company .For example, the promotion activity in each member city has to be carried out after getting our written permission in advance.
4.All the mono-shops or stores (booths) across the country have to grant (allow ) sipulated preferred discount according to the rules to the members with “ATHOME VIP AFFECTION CARD”
5. During normal business (management), there is non discount for any ATHOME product except for(in addition to ) promotion ativity, members and regiment customers. The promoting activities in super market are not supported principally. If needed, it has to be approved by the headquarter but the headquarter has no duty to supply any promotion items and special discount.

五、 Expenses

1、deposit for membering
The 2nd party has to remit the membering deposit of total RMB5000 to the 1st appointed account in a time.
2、RMB15,000 for guidance charge at 1st term of setting up(details refer to membering guiding service agreement)
3、expense for brand promotion(expansion) and building
a. expense undertook by the 1st party
> expense for advertisement in district market
> expense for shop-room design
> expense for advertisements of the poster ,DM manual and kinds of marks design for shop-room laying
> design fee for the POP of shop-room exhibition
b. expenses undertook by the 2nd party
> district advertisement fee
> shop repairing fee
> entrance and sponsor fee collected by the market
> shopper ’ dress ,training ,body-checking and deposit
> POP for shop-room laying needs to be made according to the 1st party’s request(demand)
> articles for shop and other fees(charges)
4、advertisement fee(expense)
a. The expenses of making and carrying out(performance) of advertising activity which are held by the 1st party should be undertook by itself..
b. The big-billboard advertisement within the 2nd district and other ones which are approved by the 1st party design fee should be borne (undertook) by the 1st party , but the carrying out(performance) fee should be discussed (negotiated )by the two parties.
c. The expenses for planning and designing of special sale activity in the shop agreed by the 1st party should be borne by the 1st party, but the performance charge should be undertook by the 2nd party.
d. The expenses concerning the unified advertisements performed by the market by the 2nd party should be undertook by the 2nd party.
5、freight
a. All freight for the goods sent to the 2nd party from th e 1st one during normal business should be undertook by the 2nd party.
b. The freight occurred due to the 1st party’s mistake (wrong operation)should be undertook by the 1st party .
c. The freight under the procedure of returning and exchanging goods refers to the system of returning and exchanging goods.

六、PROPAGANDIZATION AND TRAINING
1.Our brand of ATHOME reputation (popularity) does not depend on large-scale advertisements but on our high quality and particular market orientation Therefore, we wouldn’t take main resource to the advertisements. But contraposing the characteristics of chinese market , we will release (launch) selectively soft –advertisements or other public-related activity which are in subject(style) of unique ATHOME taste to the market.
2.Personnel’s training is a very import link of the company. Under many conditions, employee’s diathesis regarded as the key point of the results of business. So the member must own high capacity of training . During the courses (stages) of initiating and operating business , we will arrange professional personnel for the shop to carry out the consults and training service about relevant products, managing, market expanding, personnel training ,retailing skills(technique), member service ,etc.
