Explanations below for the characteristics of different
operation models(patterns) on base of ¡°permit sale¡±

1.1st the product selling agent is not the traditional
dealer,and have not the right of wholesale or developing
league-agent.the selling agent must unify the store
image according standard,not allow to sell counterfeit
product inside of the store. Just selling CHENG JIA
product is requirement in principle,
If want to deal in other product beyond ¡°CHENG JIA¡±,
then the vendition must be based on getting headquarters¡¯
approval and must guarantee the rate of displaying
CHENG JIA product 70% above.
3.The agent should submit deposit (total RMB5000 )for
charter enterprise to the headquarters on the date
of contract signed,which can be returned without interest
within 15 days since the expiry date of contract subject
to no unobeying .
4.Samples, files and new items introduction will be
supplied by the headquarters. The agent should play
the order according to the files. The price is 4.3%
of that of retail price defined by the headquarters(50%
for prop and furniture).The agent can enjoy 50% (rate
of goods exchange) preference for first order and
new items (except for prop and furniture).The goods
can be sent after payment. For first order, the agent
should assure that the amount won¡¯t less than RMB1500/m2
and 5pcs for each item.
5.The headquarters will provide the agent promotions
and assistant promoting articles such as bags, POP
at stock price according to his needs and requirements
.
6.All products should sell at unified price principly
.If needed for sake,the prices can be adjusted (altered)
according to the feature of local market and the manager¡¯s
willing but the tolerance should be within the range
of 15%
7.Have no right of advertisement support and marketing
scheme aiming at district market held by the headquarters
8.The agent has absolute priority right (except those
disqualified) and collect no or less prestage guidance
charge if the headquarters plan to expand the market
for new members in the district.
9.The headquarters should not to collect the prestage
guidance charge and hold no duty of providing guidances
such as market survey ,personnel training ,etc.If
the agent need ,the headquarters can charge for
such service properly after getting the written
application.
10.The agent has the right to scheme promoting activity
or unified promotions held by the supermarket without
the headquarters¡¯ permit ahead. But the headquarters
should not hold any duty of providing promoting
project , articles and special discount.
11.Everyday business practices between two parties
should strictly perform(carry out )according to
the stipulations in MEMBER MANUAL attached(enclosed).If
there is any contradiction between the regulations
in the member manual and the contents of permit
sale contract ,it should be up to the agreement.
