Requirements for ATHOME store location selection
1、Located in or neighborhood prosperous business center or business walkingstreet
2、guarantee sufficient people flow
3、area:70m2 over for comprehensive store,40m2 over fore categorization ones.
4、keep the surrounding environment hygienic, clear and beautiful ;keep the condition similar and compatible to ATHOME
5、3m over for the width of the door
6、suitable to fit width-signboard on top of the door
7、over 5KW for the power supply
8、air-conditioner needed
9、out of protection district of other ATHOME store
10、independent warehouse needed
11、Questions must be attended particularly when rent contract is signed
　　define agreed address, area and renting term.
　　check the formal documents such as house property right or renting right.
　　the tax for house renting should be undertook by the renting party
　　distributes and duties concerning the house itself should be solved(settled) by consulting with the rental party
　　the rental party should be responsible for helping fitting and establish application and responsible for the 　　maintenance
　　Make an agreement on penalty fee for breaching of contract (usually term of half to one year ) If the rental party breaches the contract ,he has to pay the compensation charge valuing about half of the repairing fee.
