System and Rule(regulation) of license(permit)
management for ATHOME Membering
1.Basic Principle
Based on the principle of collaboration and division
and by untilization of modern small –scaled organization
of chain store ,we try to make the management reasonable
and fully meet the customer’s demand for shop really.
2.Purpose(aim or objective)
The regulation aims at guiding the shop headquarter’s
(briefly called headquarters as follows) organization
and activity , regulating the headquarter’s rights and
,operation system, management system and the chainshop’s
right and duty ,etc
3.Organization
ATHOME BRAND MARKETING DEPARTMENT(the headquarter) will
be established in Faithbreez Company to conduct (strive)the
business expanding.
（一） headquarters
The headquarters presides the formulation of operation
method , system, regulations ,which run the business development,
to manage and control all the membering shops.
（二） member shop
The shop owner has the right (or priority) of sole management
in limited district (business circle)subject to obeying
the regulation and undertaking the duty of honest management
under the regulated whole management system (and shop
situation)
4.Qualifications
The qualifications are as follows:
（一） Possess store scaled over certain limitation
Lowest(Bottom) standard regulated of shop room :more
than 70 square meters for comprehensive shop ,over 40m2
for A&B classifications , over 30m2 for supermarket
shop
（二） Be a member of any other chainstore which competes
with the headquarter in nature is not allowed(permitted).
（三） The member himself must choose the qualified manager
and pay great attention to the management.
（四） As a member shop, he should manage the business
honestly and is willing to accept the headquarter’s guidance
and complete supporting system.
（五） The member must accept this formulation as a whole.
and take part in all unified activity for the shop held
by the headquarter.
（六） Should .Insist on the willing of reasonable management
usually and make the business reasonable initiatively
and aggressively.
5.Requirements (Conditions)
Apart from the above qualification,the other ones are
as follows:
（一） have to use unified firm or trade mark of ATHOME
and install specified signboard and marking in shop（store）
（二） The member has to submit total RMB15,000 charging
for prophase guidance to the headquarter, which wouldn’t
be returned(sent) back；
（三） Have to accept the plan of educating and training
stipulated by the headquarters.
（四） Have to sign membering contract with the headquarters
with the stamp.
6. Basic Privileges
Following basic privileges are granted to te member
subject to obeying all conditions stipulated in the regulation
（一） the right to use the trademark of ATHOME for business
conduct and promotion activity
（二） the right to sell the products developed by the
headquarters
（三） the right to unify the inner and outer packaging
and mode of management
（四） the right to accept the supply of unified merchandise
and products selected and use order manual;
（五） the right to take part in (Attend) the unified activity
of propagandise advertisement ,promotion and others
（六） the right to accept special technique guidance concerning
about store instauration and refitting and the scheme
and guidance about business plan (management/ programme)
7.Merchandise Programme (Plan)
In order to insure(garrantte)the previous benefits ,the
followings will be planned and guide the implement by
the headquarters combined:
Merchandise composition plan , merchandise display plan,
gross profit plan, sale promotion plan ,advertisement
publicity plan, stock replenishment plan and others concerning
the store management
8.Merchandise Supply
Supply methods prescribe as follows:
（一） All the products handled by the store must stock
from the headquarters.
（二） The supply for the initial principlely must be the
merchandise combination chosen by the headquarters, but
the replenishment ones decided by the member.
9.Payement Effect
The terms of payment for all merchandise come in line
with the principle of delivery after effecting cash or
remittance
10.Dealing with goods returning and exchanging
Conduct the performance under the system of goods returning
and exchanging regulated by the headquarters strictly
11.Special(Particular) expenses(outlay/budget) share
The member has to share the following expenses one by
one subject to(on base of ) the below standard
（一）common advertisement expense(advertisement throwing
in district market)
（二） common special –sale expense(budget)
（三） expense for all kinds of activity
（四） expense for investigation and education
（五） expense for design of store and advertisement exhibit
and articles
（六） Other expense (budget) for particular guidance and
support
12.Trade Secret Conservation
The member has to keep secret of the configuration and
contents about the plan, managing, activity of the organization,
especially the following conditions .In case of any disobey,
the party concerned has to hold responsibility for the
damage compensation.
（一） the supplier ,price ,stock conditions for the commodity
and articles handled
（二） managing details for the store ,especially the contents
about stock , sale ,fund plan and actual achievement.
（三） Other matters designated by the headquarters
13.Matters Prohibited
The below behaviors are not permited for the store:
（一）the conduct of stocking from the headquarters and
then supply to nonmember store
（二）Take part in the chain store of same line out of
the organization.
（三）Do harm to the reputation of the organization
（四）Provide the files and information sent by the headquarters
to others under improper reasons
14. Ractifying and Advice
In case of nonperformance of the duty specified in the
regulation and the prohibited matters listed in the above
one ,the headquarters remains the right of ractify and
advise to the member.
15. 契约解除
有下列各项事由时，本部可以解除加盟契约：
（一） In case of unobeying of the ractifying and advice
in the above rule without proper reason
（二） In case that the business become worsen and keep
deteriorated over six months continuously
